The Stentor Student I is an ideal first cello offering reliable, consistant performance and good tone.  The cello is carved from solid tonewoods with an ebonised fingerboard and good quality pau rosa pegs.  It is fitted with a composite tailpiece with integral adjusters (1/10 has alloy tailpiece) for easy tuning.  The cello outfit includes a reliable student wooden bow and padded case.

All our cellos are thoroughly checked in our workshop before being sent out to customers.  Particular attention is given to the bridge and string height to ensure that the instrument is comfortable to play.  The instrument is supplied with the original factory strings, however if you would like to upgrade to superior strings to further enhance the tone there are other options available.
